I currently use a R72 infrared filter on my 50mm lens. The reults vary greatly obviously depending on the amount of light available. In some cases I was surprised to find that even on less sunny days their is an effect in it's own right as the filter acts more or less like a Neutral density filter. The One of the huge rock in the ocean for exmple is not demonstrating the effect of the usual white vegetation effect normally caught on IR but the fact the low light conditions allowed me to have the lens open for 15 secs in broad day light. The photos with blue sky use a hybrid of conventional view and IR. enjoy the results. for prices please email me
